You will lead and support Crew Leads and field teams, coordinate with clients, manage resources, and play a key role in shaping the future growth of our company. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan, schedule, and oversee all aspects of landscaping projects from start to finish.</li><li>Lead and mentor Crew Leads and field teams, providing hands-on support and guidance.</li><li>Monitor and maintain project budgets, tracking labor, materials, and expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.</li><li>Supervise on-site operations, ensuring work meets company standards, client expectations, and industry best practices.</li><li>Coordinate material procurement and logistics, ensuring all supplies arrive on schedule.</li><li>Enforce safety regulations and conduct regular safety audits to ensure compliance with company policies.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve site issues quickly, preventing project delays.</li><li>Track project performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and report progress to senior management.</li><li>Collaborate with office staff on scheduling, invoicing, and job documentation.</li><li>Identify opportunities for process improvements, helping streamline operations and enhance efficiency.</li><li>Ensure all work is documented properly, including time tracking, project reports, and job site notes.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in project management within landscaping or construction.
