As a General Laborer, you'll be part of a crew handling a variety of outdoor tasks, ensuring high-quality landscaping and lawn care services. This role includes both mowing and landscaping responsibilities, allowing you to gain diverse skills and contribute to different aspects of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lawn maintenance tasks, such as mowing, trimming, edging, and general turf care
• Landscaping tasks such as mulching, planting, hardscaping, and seasonal cleanups
• Use of hand tools, power tools, and light machinery (training provided)
• Keeping job sites clean, organized, and safe
• Assisting crew members and following directions from supervisors

Qualifications

• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
• A valid driver's license (preferred but not required)
• Punctuality, reliability, and a positive attitude
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Team-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills
