Key Responsibilities

• Operating snow removal equipment (plow trucks, skid steers, snow blowers, shovels)
• Clearing snow from driveways, parking lots, walkways, and sidewalks
• Applying salt/de-icing products safely and effectively
• Following routes and schedules to ensure timely service
• Maintaining equipment and keeping work areas safe and organized

Qualifications

• Experience with snow plows, skid steers, or similar equipment preferred (training provided for entry-level)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work in winter conditions
• Valid driver's license (required for equipment operators)
• Reliability, punctuality, and willingness to work early mornings, nights, weekends, or holidays during snow events
• Strong work ethic and team-player mindset
